Rates range from R375 to R425 per person sharing per night and; from R595 to R650 per single room.

A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation charge is required to secure the reservation. The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed by Akkerlaan and confirmed in writing.
Where a reservation is made 7 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the total accommodation charge is payble in advance to secure the reservation.
A confirmation will be forwarded to you once a reservation has been made. Only once the signed confirmation is returned to us, your booking is firm.
A reservation will be assumed to have been cancelled if the deposit is not received by due date of payment.

50% cancellation fee on total accommodation charge if cancellation occurs 7 to 14 days prior to arrival.
100% cancellation fee on total accommodation charge if cancellation occurs 0 to 6 days prior to arrival.
Where payments have been made by credit card, an administration fee will be charged due to credit card commissions.
